A tragic crash occurred in Seneca Township, Ohio, when a 65-year-old man from Carey lost his life in a rollover accident. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the incident took place on County Road 6, west of County Road 47, at approximately 11:57 a.m. on December 31, 2025. The victim, who was driving a blue 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, was pulling a 2005 Kerr-Bilt trailer at the time of the accident. Investigators reported that the vehicle veered off the left side of the roadway and overturned.

The crash site was located in a rural area of Seneca County, near U.S. 224 and mile post 30, in the township. While exact details of the cause of the crash are still under investigation, officials confirmed that the vehicle lost control and left the road before rolling over. Sadly, the driver did not survive the crash, and his injuries were confirmed to be fatal at the scene. The authorities have not yet released further details about the driver’s identity, pending family notification.
