Lower Lake, CA — At least two people were injured Thursday evening following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 29 near Highway 53, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

The crash occurred at approximately 6:06 p.m., prompting an emergency response to the busy roadway. CHP officials confirmed that two vehicles were involved, though the events leading up to the collision have not yet been released. First responders arrived at the scene to provide medical assistance, and two injured individuals were transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
